2. What savings can I expect?

3. What does the rate include?
Your stay includes a daily breakfast buffet for two adults. To further curate your escape, you may also add a dinner buffet or a rejuvenating spa treatment at special rates during the booking process.

5. What are the valid stay dates?

6. Is prepayment required upon booking?
Full credit card prepayment is required at the time of booking.

 

7. How can I include dinner buffet or spa add-ons?

8. How do I receive the PHP 500 nightly dining credit as a Shangri-La Circle member?
This exclusive credit of PHP 500 net per room, per night is available to all members and will be applied upon arrival following membership validation. If multiple rooms are reserved, the credit applies only to the room occupied by the registered member.

 

9. What happens if I do not use the full dining credit during my stay?
Dining credits may be accumulated throughout your stay but are not convertible to cash or vouchers. Any unused value will be forfeited upon departure. Amounts exceeding the credit value may be settled via cash or credit card.

 

10. Can I access the dining credit if I am not yet a member?
Yes. Non-members and in-house guests may enjoy the nightly credit by enrolling in Shangri-La Circle at any point during their stay. You may enrol here: www.bit.ly/SLC- E-MAC.

 

11. Can I cancel or refund my booking?
Cancellations, refunds, and rebookings are not permitted.

 

12. Can I change an existing booking to this promotional rate?
es, if your current reservation is under a Flexible Rate. Amendments must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival. Please contact [email protected] or call (+63 32) 231 02 88 to cancel your existing booking before rebooking at the promotional rate.

 

13. Is my reservation transferable?
Reservations are transferable but not valid for resale. To facilitate a transfer, the original guest must email us with the booking confirmation, providing the full name and contact details of the new guest.

 

14.What are the room occupancy limits for families?
Each room category has specific occupancy limits. Maximum of occupancy of 3 adults & 1 child are applicable for suites and family rooms only (third person charge apply). For Ocean Club Rooms, occupancy is strictly limited to two adults. Please refer to our room category list for specific family requirements.

 

15. Can I apply my Senior Citizen, PWD, or Athlete’s discount?
In accordance with Philippine law, for goods and services on promotional discount, Senior Citizens and PWDs may avail of either the promotional rate or the statutory 20% discount, whichever is higher and more favourable.
